• Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, and account role (Player or Court Owner).
• Booking Information: Reserved court slots, sport type, play date, and reference codes.
• Payment Records: GCash/Maya reference numbers and remittance confirmation receipts. We do not store credit card numbers or private bank credentials.
• Device & Location Permissions: Camera access for QR pass scanning and location services for nearby court discovery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to deliver court reservation services, verify GCash payment receipts, display digital QR passes, enable direct messaging between players and court owners, and calculate ELO rankings.

3. Data Security & Storage

All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Google Cloud Firebase infrastructure with strict RSA-signed authentication tokens and server-side security rules.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Google Maps API to facilitate location discovery and user sessions. Your data is never sold to advertisers.
